Mai is the first face to greet you at Ocean Clinic, Marbella. Responsible for reception and customer relations and service on a face-to-face, communications and social media basis.

Mai is also responsible for pre-operative appointments and consultations, aesthetics department appointments, as well as all post-operative/treatment follow-ups.

Having moved from London to Marbella at a young age, Mai is native in both Spanish and English, and has always flourished in multi-cultural administrative positions, whilst excelling in personalised customer care.
